Visiting a dentist is not always a pleasant experience, this was my first visit and I was impressed by the surroundings and especially the customer service provided by Dr Jang and his staff. It was a very comfortable experience and positive experience.

Great customer service and treated my 7-yr old son with such care during a cavity fill that he didn't even complain about it afterwards. I recommend that anyone take there kids here, knowing that they will be in good hands.
Speaking as someone who is on their way to 40 but stressed like a 4 year old when it comes to dental work, I have to say I am quite pleased with the concise and caring service provided at Pinnacle Dental. I was in for a tooth extraction and though I cringe at the procedure I did have comfort in knowing everything went as it was explained to me. Oral surgery still sounds creepy to me, but without surprises and done with care as I experienced it's much more manageable for me. Thanks !!
