Started with Great Customer service by Crosby on the telephone. He listened to my concerns and was great in every way.
My appointment was for the following week, fitting in with my work schedule. Clean, wonderful waiting room that didn't smell like a garage or tire store. Greeted by the welcoming Kelly....and the service was great. Would recommend this place to anyone at any time. I have to drive from Central Phoenix to get to them....but it is worth it. As an older single woman, I couldn't have asked for more....service, education and smiles!!!

If you are looking for a group of people you can trust, this is the place to go. They understand the "fear" of taking you vehicle to a shop. They only fix whats needed and stand behind their work. Then they let you know what you need to watch that doesn't need immediate attention. Then with the free safety inspection you know you are safe when you leave. Accurate Automotive has been making repairs to my 1998 CRV for many years. I drive all over the city meeting customers. When my vehicle decides to not start for no apparent reason. I drive it to Accurate Automotive and tell them occasionally when I have been driving around the city a lot and decide to run into a store and come out within 5 minuites my car will not start. If I leave it sit for 10 minutes or so, it will start. It doesn't happen all the time and it didn't happen the day I took it in to be looked at.
Everyone at the shop is always so helpful. On this day they told me no worries, leave the car and we will figure it out and they did. They took it out through out the day to test drive and finally it decided to no start for them. No other repair shop would work this hard to assist on the same day. Others would tell me the car would have to be replicating the problem at the time they looked at it or they couldn't help me. I would have to be stranded and the car towed. Well I know by the time the car was towed it would start right up again and the problems would still not be solved.
I always can friendly service with a smile when I take my car in and I don't feel stupid about what I say is happening when my car isn't running right. They have did good by me and a reasonable rate. I purchased my CRV new (1998) and it's still running thanks to Accurate Automotive who is always fhere for m.

Accurate Automotive is absolutely the best auto repair shop in the valley! They do a great job, are fair in price and are great do do business with. This is the only place I bring my car.
