The front desk girls are wonderful! They got me in right away and made me feel very welcome and at easy. Sam was the hygienist and she did a great job.
I need my wisdom teeth taken out asap! they have been bothering me for weeks now, my gums are bleeding. If you could refer me to an oral surgeon that would be great!

I found that the tech that worked with you on my last appointment was frankly, brutal. She pulled on my mouth and jammed the suction into my mouth causing pain and discomfort that I have never, ever experienced before in your office. I have no problem with YOU, or anyone else in your office. Maybe this employee could benefit from a bit of training on how to deal with people. We are not objects to be pulled and jabbed at, we are paying clients, patients. I hope you can resolve this before she causes anymore pain to another pt.
I still have the upmost confidence in you, and the rest of your staff. Please keep up the great work that I have come to expect from you and your crew!

From the time I first called complaining of a broken filling I got at Wiscasset Dental a few months ago, and the repair job was complete, was less than 2 hours.... and at no charge ! Now that's service...
