As always the Wiscasset Dental staff are polite, professional and explanations of various procedures are presented in an easy-to-understand manner.
Laurie always greets me with a smile and asks me how "it's going" before she even begins to prepare me for treatment. She was exceptionally careful to shape my new lower front filling for a comfortable fit against the overbite of my top teeth, an artistic feat! A friendly atmosphere filled with people who understand Public Relations. I appreciate the care I always get there.

I found that the tech that worked with you on my last appointment was frankly, brutal. She pulled on my mouth and jammed the suction into my mouth causing pain and discomfort that I have never, ever experienced before in your office. I have no problem with YOU, or anyone else in your office. Maybe this employee could benefit from a bit of training on how to deal with people. We are not objects to be pulled and jabbed at, we are paying clients, patients. I hope you can resolve this before she causes anymore pain to another pt.
I still have the upmost confidence in you, and the rest of your staff. Please keep up the great work that I have come to expect from you and your crew!
