You don't have to wait long for your appointment. The staff is friendly. They are more than willing to explain or demonstrate any thing you have questions on. I'm always quick to recommend them when a friend needs a dentist. Since it's at fairfax corner, parking can be annoying at times. But if you go in the morning/early afternoon you should have no problems
