as always, we are very pleased with the staff service performance...
friendly, accommodating and very knowledgeable. However, after we received the car, I noticed on the right rear side between the wheel and fender, from top to bottom a black, tarlike residue substance, and even after I made a remark to Jon about how clean the car was, at home I discovered that problem. I know, the car was testdriven, and anywhere it could have picked up this mess. Also on the drivers side the threshold and bodypart, as well as the carpet was muddy, something that could have been cleaned before returning the car to the owner. A little detail overlooked, giving you only four and a half star rating. Thank you!

After making an appt., I was told the work would take approximately 2 hours. By the end of the day, I never received a call, so my car sat overnight. I finally left a message the next morning and was told that the car wouldn't be ready until 2pm. After all that, one of the items that needed fixing wasn't fixed. Seems like they were too busy to focus on my car. Not good.

I had parts replaced that did not match the original ones. Makes your car look horrible with mix match parts. Wonder what else they "fix" that is not is plain sight......

Normally, a great experience. This time I had some delays and unexpected costs.

Service was prompt and courteous with excellent workmanship. They are expensive, but very good.

My wife June asked me, "Are the people at SW Auto nice?" I said, They are the greatest. They treat me like family. I've known Jerry from Point West days and he is worth his weight in gold. They take good care of the S90 and do just what needs to be done at a price we can afford. I can't thank them enough.
