Thanks again for the excellant service performed on my 1991 Volvo 740 Turbo. The car continues to give me excellent performance. Everything that worked on the car when I bought it still works. I can attribute that to two factors, a well built car and superior service received on the car throughout its lifetime. I really appreciate the friendly and professional service that I receive any time I bring the car in for service or any time I call with a question.

After making an appt., I was told the work would take approximately 2 hours. By the end of the day, I never received a call, so my car sat overnight. I finally left a message the next morning and was told that the car wouldn't be ready until 2pm. After all that, one of the items that needed fixing wasn't fixed. Seems like they were too busy to focus on my car. Not good.

I had parts replaced that did not match the original ones. Makes your car look horrible with mix match parts. Wonder what else they "fix" that is not is plain sight......

Normally, a great experience. This time I had some delays and unexpected costs.

Service was prompt and courteous with excellent workmanship. They are expensive, but very good.

My wife June asked me, "Are the people at SW Auto nice?" I said, They are the greatest. They treat me like family. I've known Jerry from Point West days and he is worth his weight in gold. They take good care of the S90 and do just what needs to be done at a price we can afford. I can't thank them enough.
