I was thoroughly satisfied with my visit to this office. From the time I arrived to the time I was leaving, the customer service was top notch. I have never had a visit where it was clear that my concerns about my mouth was of most concern. The examination and consultation were like none I had ever had. Dr. Shlafer lived up to my husband's and my sister's recommendations.

Every time I visit Dr. Shlafer's office, it is always a pleasure seeing Mary and Dr. Shlafer. I have been a LONG-time patient, and find they continue to be always very pleasant and definitely provide excellent patient service. Mary is just a gem!!!! She's always attentive to the patient's needs, and very informative, ALWAYS in a kind and considerate way. With the recent change in the front office staff, I see the tension and "uneasiness" gone. :)
