I just saw Dr. Moroni for an emergency appointment. I was impressed from the moment I walked in the door until I left. Great staff, happy environment, my tooth looks wonderful and I will definitely be back with my entire family. Thank you!
What I thought might be a long drawn out experience turned out to be an almost enjoyable time in the dental chair. Dr. Moroni and his staff prepared me and cared for me during the procedure and he completed both functions efficiently and effectively and I was out of there is less than 2 hours. I do not hesitate to see my dentist when I need to.
Felt like I was being hustled the whole time, add this service, do this, charge me more money. The whole office and staff is set up to scam you and take your money. When Dr. Moroni was pushing his very expensive floride treatment, I asked him why when so much science has shown the toxicity of floride would he be pushing it, he just stumbled. What a con man.
I have been generally pretty happy with the service here with the exception of a crown that was difficult for DR. Moroni who then decided to have it made at a lab instead of at his facility. I think he did this for his convenience. It certainly was not convenient for me! I have written this review because I was today informed that the new office (Moroni) policy is charge the client their portion of a procedure, such as a crown, at the time the appointment is made. So as a patient it appears that you now have to prepay to see the dentist! Well not this patient!! What sort of elitism is this to expect money from a client perhaps one or two months in advance of sitting in the chair? I am already searching for a new dentist.
I have always enjoyed superior customer service at the office. I have one complaint and that would be the new policy of paying for office procedures Prior to having them completed at time of appointment scheduling.
My kids both had cleanings - it was fun and fast. They love the TVs and the dental assistants are great, very friendly!

When a new client comes in... there should be a tour of the facility with very brief explanations as well as introductions to the team throughout the facility during the tour as well as pointing out the features and benefits of your remarkable facility and the technology you have within..... speaks professionalism and attention to detail
I would keep discussions among the staff about things not relevant to the guest in front of them to a minimum.. you already have the ear pieces... so stop the chit chat.... this should apply regardless of first time or long time clients in the room... speaks professionalism and courtesy and attention to client in room
Dr Moroni was polite and professional, although I would have like for him to take more of an interest in my mouth.. challenges along the way and what the plan of action might be moving forward... Dr. Moroni seemed a bit distant, although that does not mean he is not the best... I just am not sure yet...
It a business, the easiest thing to do is sell your busineess and your talents to your exisiting clients. So, when you have a new client, your business model should be to go above and beyond... to WOW the client, because they can just as easily go elsewhere.

Each time I have visited Dr. Meroni, not only have I been provided excellent dental care, but his staff has provided such a personable and professional approach. Their patience and understanding in how to deal with children is excellent and their equiptment is state of the art. I recieve reminder notices and scheduling electronically, all of which has been user friendly. I was refered here and am pleased whenever I can refer others. I would highly recommend the Mirage Dental Associates!

Friendly & congenial staff, comfortable atmosphere, latest hi tech dental equipment, efficient "back room" systems and timely processes and excellent expertise. Quite a neat operation!
