I want to express the gratitude for the customer service I received when Mr. Bill assisted. I broke down on 290 and had no idea what happened. There was smoke and when I opened my hood I had no serpentine belt. Mr. Bill taught me that. By God's grace I made it to work, but needed mechanical help right away. I called a dear friend who suggested Louetta automotive. I called and received excellent customer service. Not only was my jeep fixed but the smiles were needed and welcomed. Thanks guys again.

I went in for an oil change and mention the car was making a funny noise. They found the problem and repaired it. The kindly even brought my car to my house after the repairs were done so I didn't have to leave with my kids.

Louetta repaired my car on a Saturday and on Monday, the check engine light came on with additional problems. Not only did they provide me with a rental so that I could get to work on Tuesday while my car was being repaired, but they were also so professional in making sure that there were no additional problems with my car and that I was satisfied with the service.
