Would have done the front brake replacement but the quote of $336.00 was way to high. I got a quote from Brake Check for $160.00 that did NOT include a 20% discount for making an on line appointment.
I use your service all the time but in this instance I felt I was being taken advantage of for being a loyal customer.The service tech who called me tried to instill a sense of urgency that I needed to have the brakes done immediately. I had to asked him several times before he would answer my question as to how long I could go on the existing set of brakes.

The center on Cypresswood Dr was supposed to come and pickup my vehicle, but they never showed or call to reschedule. Emails to the central office were never answered. I finally contacted the Louetta Rd center and they provided good service - picked up vehicle at agreed time and kept me informed of issues and options available. I would recommend the Louetta Rd center only.

Very please with customer service. Was quote an hour wait time but car was ready much quicker. I will definitely return.

You could inprove on tthe informational things. I had to ask about a waiting room until you were through with my car.

Pleased when the attendant let me know that I needed to have a shock tightened and the left axel changed when I went in for the alaignment. Disappointed when I was told that an additional alaignment would not be necessare after the axel was changed. Especially after he went to ask a technician.

I called the morning I needed a repair and they got me in right away and called me a few hours later with a diagnosis and estimate. The repairs were made that same day. They were quick and explained things thoroughly.

The service was normal. I am not happy that y'all keep going up on your BG service prices. I will be shopping around before our next oil change or repair.
