Very professional , great atmosphere

This review pertains to a Texas State Inspection. I was referred to this repair shop by a neighbor. My neighbor bragged about the ability to be able to get in and out quickly for such a service. Unforunately, it took over two hours to have my vehicle inspected. The service advisor explained that an appointment is usually made for Vehicle Inspections. This was definitely not communicated to me in my neighbor's bragging. Of course, I told my neighbors my neighbor about my negative feelings. In conclusion, I would not recommend a drive-up Vehicle Inspection at this repair shop at any time on any given day of the week.
