UNBELIEVABLE EXPERIENCE. I NEVER RECEIVED THE DENTAL CARE THAT MY WIFE AND I WENT FOR WHICH WAS A SIMPLE CLEANING. THEY TRIED TO CHARGE ME FOR A X-RAY THEY TOOK WITHOUT IN FORMING ME OF THE COST OF$107 FOR ME AND $107 FOR MY WIFE. I HAD TO SPEAK TO THE OWNER AND ALMOST FORCE HIM NOT TO CHARGE ME . THEY REFUSED MY REQUEST TO GET MY TEETH CLEANED UN LESS I PAT $171 FOR LIKE A PRE-CLEANING WORK THAT WAS NOT COVERED UNDER THE REGULAR CLEANING. FOR MY WIFE THE SAME BUT HER WAS GOING TO COST $900. BE PREPARED TO PAY EXTRA MONEY FOR EVERYTHING THAT YOU DID NOT ASK FOR IF YOU GO TO BRIARWOOD
Very friendly staff, attentive and friendly dental assistants, nice atmosphere, and most importantly--I wasn't left hurting after a cleaning!
