The treatment before the cut was nice, the hot towel and tea. The cut, I felt rushed, my stylist did not obtain feedback from me as to whether I was satisfied with the cut and when I asked for slight modifications to obtain what I wanted she seemed annoyed and rushed through it. Honestly I am not pleased with my cut. I have gotten more satisfying cuts from Supercuts.

Everyone working the front was so sweet and professional.I showed up about 7 minutes early and my appointment started on time. I was making a drastic change to my hair, going from long enough to donate to just short enough to pull back for basic training this summer. I?m always nervous when I do this because I have had a few rough experiences to say the least. I made a last minute appointment with Bobby letting him know what I wanted. He made great suggestions, was very professional, and I cannot recall the last time I left a salon as happy with my haircut/style as I did. I will most definitely be back after my training is completed! Thank you!!!
