Louetta Automotive VII

Went with my A/C blowing intermittently. Had previously had another shop look at it with a "free" coupon and it cost me 145.00. They had recharged the system and said I had a leak. Louetta, did a black light check, pressure check, test drive, temp check and found nothing wrong. So I have an intermittent issue. They could have come up with a solution and charged the heck out of me. They could have charged me for the time they spent trouble shooting. NO CHARGE. Hard to find that kind of service. Wife has been there a couple times for air in the tires and they take care of that for her quickly and no charge. Again, these days you don't find that kind of service very often.

Charged 800 dollars after being told that I would not have to change out my water pump. My bill should have been 200 less. Then, charged 179.99 for an additive. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I ordinarily do all my own automobile and motorcycle repairs, but I was in a hurry and thought I would let Louetta do a simple job on my wifes Escalade and see if I could trust them. They have been doing the inspections on all my motorcycles, cars and our motorhome, and they have been extremely courteous and very professional, which they also were on my wifes Escalade. HOWEVER, to replace the waterpump and two drive belts, which have to come off anyway, and refill the cooling system,they charged me over $1300.00 !! The water pump is about $100.00, and the labor is about two hours. they did not itimize the bill into parts and lobor, because there is NO WAY you could get it up to $1300.00. THEY REALLY S_ _ _ _ _ D me! I WILL NEVER GO BACK ! !

The people at the League city store on Egret Bay Blvd. especially Beto is the best, most friendly and dedicated I've ever met. I enjoy having work done on my vehicles because I know how I'll be treated and my vehicle is well taken care of. Thank You Louetta!

The place itself was comfortable and clean. I liked that they had a coupon and let me take advantage of it. My car definately ran better after the service was performed by Louetta. I guess my only complaint was that they said they would get back to me by noon, and I had to call them at 1:20 and again at 3:30. They did call me when the car was ready to be picked up.

Great customer service. Your staff is very nice and they do great work.

Thank you to the guys at Louetta. They found the problem and tried to save me money instead of making me feel like I needed to go with a more expensive repair. They are honest and fair. I will be a repeat customer without a doubt.
