Asked them to change the oil with regular oil but instead Louetta Automotive changed with synthetic oil. You cannot go back to regular oil once you have changed to synthetic. I did not notice that on the bill because I was preoccupied with my water pump problem. After they did the work on the water pump, and charged me for the work, I found out that the water pump was covered under my 5yr 60k powertrain warranty. That was my fault for not checking that first but I have had other machanics in the past tell me if something was under warranty. I was an idiot because I did not watch out for myself.

THEY DID A GOOD JOB GETTING MY VEHICLE REPAIRED AND TO ME WHEN I NEEDED IT.

This service shop is the only place I come to get work done on my chevy truck and my moms honda accord besides the taking the vechiles to the dealer for service work. For my chevy truck I bring it here for oil changes and front end alignments. I recently brought my moms honda here for front end alignment work. The telge and huffmeister locations are great..
