I bought my car new, and have been taking it to the dealership for the last 6 years. However, I recently decided to give Rick's Automotive a try. The gentlemen at Rick's were so friendly, efficient, and honest. I also had my 2 year old son with me during my appointment. The employees were pleasant with him, and even helped me "entertain" him during my appointment. I will be a long-term Rick's client I'm sure! Thanks guys!!!

First time to Ricks. Great service. I set my appointment up online, and when I walked in the guy at the service desk called me by name. He asked me about what type of oil, and gave me pricing before I had them do it. I only had to wait about 25/30 minutes for an oil change and the waiting room was really nice.
Great service, and patient attention during a thorough pre-purchase inspection of a used vehicle. The specific info allowed me to negotiate my price. Don't buy cars often, but will always bring them here first.
Very prompt on calling & letting me know what was wrong w/ my AC & getting it fixed on a timely manner. Pick up & return services being a Mercy Employee is very helpful, it is nice knowing I can trust my vehicle in there hands while I work. Thank you.
