I have come to Borst for several years and am always happy with the work done on my vehicle. This week, I came out on my lunch hour and found my rear suspension had given way. When I called the shop I had a conversation with Lori and she went and spoke with the mechanic who explained that it would not be safe to drive my vehicle in this condition, so Lori made arrangements for me to bring it right in and helped me make arrangements to rent a car. She is always going the extra mile to problem solve in difficult situations, in a pro-active positive manner. She is truly a GEM in your business and I hope you realize what a great a conduit she is between the customer and the mechanics,she comes through for me every time!!!

Wonderful staff and even better service

Seems like a great shop. Clean building, friendly employees who know their customers names. I felt confident that when I was told what was wrong with my truck, that was correct. I did not feel any doubt towards the mechanics diagnosis. I am definitely going to use Borst again.

WOW! these guys are great! Came in for an oil change and in their inspection found that I had a belt that was coming apart . Had it replaced and back on the road safely. Had a cup of coffee and Wi-Fi to do work while I waited. Thank you all!
