No one really looks forward to a visit to the dentist. Dr. My G. Tran and his staff are so upbeat and positive that well, really, you almost do look forward to going to the dentist. Dr. Tran and his staff are generous and professional on a level that exceeds anything--expectations, or honestly the way almost every business is run nowadays. A lot of Las Vegas businesses talk the talk but these folks live it for real. This is an office of well trained and happy professionals from the doctors to the staff answering the phone, to the hygienist and every single person working there. Shop owners, mechanics, hotel and casino personnel and restauranteurs could all take a lesson from the Image Dental play book. In addition to the utmost in professionalism, the dentistry is strictly state of the art. You couldn't ask for anything more, and then you get more: treatment plans with more options than a Cadillac, follow up phone calls just to see how you're doing after your procedure, Internet scheduling and appointment confirmation, email and text appointment reminders, and more helpfulness than a body deserves. assistant griped my tooth & my gums, pulled with such force, knocking my top teeth, cut my gums, tasted blood, practically poked in the eye by pinky, 10min to stop the bleeding of gums , felt like the dentist really wasn't listening, he started getting irritated, like I was wasting his time, made me feel very awkward &uncomfortable, now having issues with permanent tooth, Never again will I come here for dental work

As a new patient I am always greet with smiles and friendly staff--both in the front office and in the back office. The dentist was amazingly gentle regarding work on my teeth. I will definitely recommend her to co-workers, friends, and family. Return appointments for continued care are my future plans.

I came to Image Dental requiring a lot of work done and I had a very short time frame in which to get it done. I, truthfully, imagined having to return for multiple visits in order to get everything done.
Imagine my surprise when the "team" at Image spent an entire day (8:00 A.M to 4:30 P.M.) assuring that I would meet my deadline for having the work completed.
Although I'm sure they were seeing other patients simultaneously, they made me feel as if I was the most important person in the office.

Clean environment, friendly and knowledgeable staff! Went in for a deep teeth cleaning and some fillings...out in under an hour. Would recommend.
