Recently went and had not seen a dentist since leaving active duty over a year ago. Everyone was nice from start to finish. Dr. House was polite, professional and honest about the services I needed. I will definately come here. Also feel its great how they have options for payments for ppl like me without dental insurance ! Keep up the great work and thank you all !

First let me say that I have been going to this office for over 6 years and have only recently began having problems. To say that their billing practices are shady is an understatement. When you call them on it Paula, the office manager, either never returns your call or is rude to you. In fact, here it is May and I'm still waiting for her to "call me back" from February! All I can say is keep a close eye on your statements, check all of your EOBs and do not be at all surprised if you are paying more out of pocket then your EOB says you will. And good luck getting your money back! I am in the process now of filing a better business bureau claim on them. It's a shame that they can't do the right thing on their own!

Can make appointments 6m in advance instead of getting postcards as reminders. Emails are sent as appointment approaches as reminders and incase you need to cancel and reschedule.

My family has been going to the House of Smiles since 1996. I wouldn't go any where else. The staff are frendly, knowledgable and very helpful.
Everyone was so pleasant, for a patient that has an intense phobia of dental exams, this was a truely pleasurable experience! Paula is one in a million, she is so nice, and takes the time to explain the billing and goes out of her way to be helpful!
This is a great dentist office that I routinely recommend.
