Everyone was very nice and courteous, although some employees do not explain thoroughly was going to be done and do not demonstrate aftercare for at home.
I wanted to take the time to brag about one of your hygienists, Nakoma. She was so personable and friendly and gave me great tips. I've received a few services from other hygienists/dentists and although they were great, she was by far the best! I will continue to come to Dental One just to have her do my cleanings from here on out! Thank you for having such wonderful people on your team.
Very pleasant staff and right on time which is great. The only feedback I have is schedule more time for the first visit as the hygienist wasn't going to clean my teeth because she said they didn't book enough time. She ended up doing a cleaning anyway though.
Everyone was polite and professional. They made a complicated procedure painless.

My experience has been good with the mid-town office. My hygienist is absolutely gentle, caring and professional. I have been with the mid-town office for at least 17 years and have had the same hygienist. That says it all. If you'd like to try her, give the mid-town office a call and ask for the information. Good luck!
Very friendly staff. Parking is a bit tricky, but overall, pleased with my first visit.
