Great Place to visit. Dentist and personnal are friendly and proffessional. I've been a patient at the Midtown location for a little over 2yrs now. I've never had to wait a long time to be seen which is very important to me.
The dental hygienist was great. I did not like all of the TV's blaring in the office. I could tell that the staff was distracted by them and that made me feel uncomfortable.
I did have to wait this time for the very first time, about 25 minutes. However, once I was in the chair, everyone who helped me was most professional and courteous, and, most importantly, very capable. I love this office, thank you!
Dental One is great! It's affordable for people with out insurance, they offer a discount plan. The staff is great and the waiting time is rarely long.
I was satisified with the experience. I was very impressed with Curtis, the intern that took a full set of mouth x-rays. While being thorough and very professional he showed concerned for my comfort and was able to answer all my questions. I

Everyone was very nice and professional. Took a little longer than expected. Maybe an hour and fifteen mins for a first visit is normal? I was hoping that my gum line was checked to make sure they are not receding. I'll ask for that next time.
Everyone was very nice and courteous, although some employees do not explain thoroughly was going to be done and do not demonstrate aftercare for at home.
Very pleasant staff and right on time which is great. The only feedback I have is schedule more time for the first visit as the hygienist wasn't going to clean my teeth because she said they didn't book enough time. She ended up doing a cleaning anyway though.
Everyone was polite and professional. They made a complicated procedure painless.
Overall good. BUT the receptionist " Neph " was not very helpfull
