Once again, I left Aziz completely satisfied and with a big smile. Carlo Cruz is the only person that has never failed to give me exactly what I want! Having DARK brown hair (with box color...) Carlos manages to thoroughly explain to me all of my options and the process it would take for me to have the blonde hair I dreamed of having for the summer. After spending a few hours at the salon with the friendly and very professional staff, I left the salon with exactly what I wanted, not the brassy dry and damaged hair I had gotten elsewhere when I tried to go blonde a year ago. Thank you Carlo! I am never going anywhere else to get my hair done!

Thinking about having your hair dye? I was very nervous when I tried the AZIZ salon.
Result: Am so pleased with the color of my hair. It came out great! Ask for Avena- She is very knowledgeable with different hair treatments. She is very laid back and I can really relax around her.
Next Step: I decide to schedule for next appointment for hair cut. I moved here to Austin 6 years ago and I finally found one I like. Now AZIZ is added to my permanent list. Yay!
FYI: This caring guest care manager, Krista is fluent in ASL. She made sure I am comfortable and answered all questions I have. That is super PLUS!

I went to see Rachael this week for another body wrap and we also did an endermologie (for legs, butt and hips) (helps to tighten and smooth!) Anyways, I was amazed at my results. The endermologie is awesome!! I can't wait to go next week for another session and...another! Bikini season, bring it on! All thanks to Rachael. She is the skin guru and also is excited for you when you are happy, she is AMAZING. Of course, the customer service and the team are always on point and super friendly. I love downtown Aziz!!

I received a Jessner and body wrap a few days ago and love Rachael! She is really amazing at what she does and gets the results that you want. I lost a total of 11 inches with the body wrap and my acne is completely gone! Rachael is really good at making you feel comfortable and is a delight to talk to. I will NOT go to anyone else for my skin and body, only Rachael. Thank you Rachael and Aziz!!!
