I am writing this review in regards to Dr. Felicia Chu,DDS and her staff at Celebrating Smiles. This review is long over due, and for that I apologize. I have had several filings done since January, and most recently a root canal. I am very happy to say that my dental experience has been wonderful. OH yes! On a scale of 1-10, which would include professionalism,concerns,and satisfaction with work done; Dr. Chu and her staff have exceeded my expectations. I would rate them a 11+++++++. When you walk into the office the front desk staff greets you; when its time to go into the dental room the hygienist greets you, and when its time leave ( and pay your bill); I kid you not. Dr. Chu walks me (at least) to the front desk and informs the staff of the work performed, and when to schedule the next appointment. My previous experience has been that you find your own way to the front desk, and someone is drooling over your check book. The Office Decor is very well done, with a very nice professional, yet warm personal feel to it.
I know that everyones experience is probably different, but I would have to say if it has been different or indifferent; There is a high probablility that you need to give Dr. Chu an opportunity, so that you can experience a Celebrating Smile.

Delores is awesome!! Dr. Cathy really great. I was there for almost two hours and you would think I would be stiff and sore, yet all is well. I don't even have any hot/cold sensitivity!
Everyone was polite and friendly, I had a very pleasant experience.
dr chu did a great job as always no pain after and all seems to be ok
