The stylist, who is an instructor, was very friendly, and seemed knowledgeable about cutting curly hair. However, when he started cutting, the style was not working well for my hair. He offered to correct the problem areas, but he did not consider my suggestions nor feedback.
I have been going to Betsy for several years and she never ceases to amaze me. I always leave happy!
