I had a hot stone massage yesterday and it was lousy. She was 15min late and didn't get started for another 10min. She was prepping while I was laying there and then was washing things during the massage. She layed down the stones by my ears that was very distracting. It was not relaxing. I wish I spoke w a manager afterwords but I left bc I had a family emergency.

Sara L is always awesome. I love how soft my feet feel from the best pedi's I've ever had and my HAIR color, cut, highlight/lowlight is the best it's ever been. Sara is fun & creative & I enjoy the time with her while she works her magic. She truly listens to what I want & thinks it through to give me the most amazing results. After years of being in the industry i am super picky & sometimes have unusual requests, but from day one I know i can trust Sara with my hair. No matter how much of a pain I feel like I'm being, she has that wonderful ability to make me feel special, pampered & like salon/spa day is really my special treat.
The staff at Lavender Hill is always friendly & I always look forward to my appointments. Aveda products are wonderful & it's a great bonus that this is an Aveda salon.
