Best haircut ever with a tender chairside manner!

I was at the salon this past Saturday, and Melissa Messer gave me a wonderful haircut. She is incredibly efficient and also equally friendly and knowledgable. So happy to be a Gordon salon patron, every experience with Melissa is perfect. Love the vidal sasson cuts I receive!

I've always had my haircut right on time. The people are very nice and it's a nice salon.

I love Coley. She really, really listens to what you want, then gives it to you. Her haircuts hang wonderfully, blown dry or air dried.

Excellent experience and haircut. Will only be going here from now on.

Amanda has been terrific. She has helped fix my problem, taught me better ways of dealing with my hair and is very attentive. I am so glad I found her.

I love this salon. I've never stuck with one place/one stylist for so long. I feel like I'm pampered from the minute I walk in the door...the tea, the scalp massage, the hand massage. C.J. is awesome - I always love my haircuts, she never pressures me to buy products.

Wonderful! Amanda always does an amazing job with my highlights and cut. I also got an a very relaxing head and hand massage. Even while preparing for a big event that night which I know can be stressful everyone in the salon remained focused on the customers in the salon.

CJ is a master. I came in an idea of the very short style I wanted. We consulted. She took into consideration not only the direction I gave her, but the shape of my face, texture of my hair, contours of my head. I am SO pleased with the result. I feel like she excavated a truer presentation of myself from under the old hair style.

My stylist listened to me and talked over what she would do with my hair. She even consulted with me about a frizz-maintenance question and gave advice on how to manage it. There were no hidden charges and I loved the included scalp massage! The most/best service you could expect anywhere in Chicago for the price.

I was given a new stylist as mine had left, at first I thought it would be just fine...I was wrong. She pulled my hair so hard it was the most painful highlights I had ever had. I didn't like the way it looked and she told me she didn't have time to fix it so next time she would do it the way I wanted. I said I didn't want a haircut but she kept asking me and asking me so I said fine she could trim the ends...she literlally made like 5 cuts and I got charged for it! I have loved this place for so long and am pretty sad that it turned out this way.
