I have always been satisfied with the work done by you over the years -- on several cars. The work done on my car yesterday, while more extensive (and expensive) than I had expected, was appropriate and done well. You eliminated the clunking sounds in the suspension by replacing the bushings, and now the car rides just as it did when it was brand new. I also appreciate that you pointed out other needed and optional service items, but you didn't "push" them. The decision was all mine. Thanks for the good service!

I generally have a good experience with the polite, professional staff at McCracken. I brought a tire in to be patched, came in to pick it up, and asked if they could put it on for me. It didn't occur to me to ask if there was an extra charge for that, it seems like something a garage might do as a courtesy for a regular customer who just had a tire patched. I was surprised to get my bill and see a charge for almost 20 dollars. I didn't complain at the time because I didn't ask, but the more I think about it, the more I realize I shouldn't have to. I was hoping that I was developing a friendly relationship with an auto mechanic shop I could trust, but I felt a little taken advantage of.

My parents used to bring their cars here, and I have been doing the same for many years. They are honest, helpful and very nice people!

The staff are very thorough, and informative on the care that my car needed and gave suggestions and timelines for upcoming needs for my car. The staff did a test drive to make sure they understood a noise concern.
