The final bill was three times the original estimate, The repair took 7 days instead of having it done then next day as was first stated due to unavailable parts,When I got the car home and checked I found a small oil leak due to the oil pan drain plug being only hand tight, also found cylinder head temperature sensor wiring plug laying on alternator that should have been clipped to timing belt cover. But overall I am very pleased that the oil leak I had is repaired and I think Russel,s does quality work and would recommend them as a great alternative to taking a car to the dealer for repairs

Thanks for the repairs you made to my Ford Ranger truck. You did an excellent job of pinpointing the front wheel bearing that was going bad during the test drive. All the work was top notch on everything you repaired. I appreciate the integrity with which you do business.

I took my VW Bug in for a standard oil change and I am sure happy I took it to Russel's. You see, they not only change your oil, but they also give a complete safety check of your vehicle at no extra cost. It's seem I have a rodent in my garage that likes chewing on one of my main power ingnition cables. They also found a leak in one of my tires that needed to be pluged. Needless to say, I have set out rodent traps in my garage. Thank you Russel's for keeping my family safe. I was in a big hurry to fix a small problem. My rear signal light was out and I was just driving by Russel's and figured I would just stop by and see if they could fix it right away. I had an appointment in 45 min. I told them about my appointment and they not only got some one to fix, they got the boss to fix it. Russell himself. I was out of there in 20 min.
