Excellent experiecned staff and extremely helpful to patients by explaining procedures

I had a silver filling replaced with a white composite at a recent visit. I dont use numbing shots and in this case the new filling was in before the shot would have taken effect and I didnt experience any discomfort whatsoever. I was also finished in time to make a band concert in Plano. I look forward to my next visit where work I have held back on with my old dentist will finally be taken care of.

Appointment was timely and pain-free. Julie was thorough with cleaning and was very courteous.

I found this dentist office in the Metlife directory and recommended it to others in my company due to proximity to the office and fast expert service that is available by 2 dentists either male or female (a husband-wife team) both graduates of Texas A&M. The office is 1 mile east on the Bush E access road in the Shire behind Silver Fox restaurant in the 3610 Offices entrance next to Republic Title. They have extended hours until 7pm on Wednesdays.

Great and the email scheduling works great for me.

As I arrived (I admit was 8 minutes late) I noticed the dental assistant looking at me and then looking at the watch. It was very rude and that's no way to welcome a customer. I worked in customer service and stay late sometimes never putting a face like that because I'm over my time. Felt like going somewhere else, but I admired Dr. Kim and will return for the next appointment.

This place is nice, clean and as the name suggests- very modern! On my first visit I had the pleasure of meeting Julie the hygienist and she was very good! I received the best cleaning of my life and she was so gentle! I also met Hayden, sweet girl but looked a little frazzled. This visit I met Ashton and she was very informative and knowledgable. I was very nervous about my treatment but she has a wonderful bedside manner. Dr. Kim is very fast and efficient but not very personable, thank goodness the girls in the back make up for it! I will continue to come back and see Julie regularly (as promised) and TRY to floss daily lol. Thank you modern dentistry!

Office staff and doctor were very accommodating and kept me informed through the whole procedure.
I elected to get several crowns on one morning, which may have been over-reaching.
Nonetheless, as good an experience as a 1/2 day of dental work could be.
