The experinece in Ham Lake is always great. Above average smiles and pateince regarding pick up times and other customer needs. That is why I will continue to come back before going elswhere! I believe I can trust Brent and Jason.

Just wanted rotors spun and was told needed pads replaced (even though minimally worn) because the pulsating would continue with the pads... What? Also suggested oil change with 2500 on this oil... vehicles can go 4000 to 5000 miles...stop looking extra revenue... Your prices are high enough as it is.

I brought my car in with a "chugging" problem and warning lights coming on. The staff was very polite and informative and honest. They gave me a loaner car, so the repair was not an inconvenience. Phil and Jason kept me informed of what needed to be repaired. The service was done in a timely manner and the cost was reasonable. Unfortunately when I went after hours on Saturday to pick up the car, the battery was dead and it wouldn't start. They had cleaned the contacts and when they discovered on Monday that I actually needed a new battery they credited my first bill for the contact cleaning and made adjustments to the second repair. I will definitely bring my car back to Victory. I was very happy with the service.

Not only did Victory make an appointment for the same day I called, but they also replaced the headlight in good time. Victory employees are very courteous. I will return there again when necessary...no second thoughts!
