My experience at CCFD has always been great. Staff members are caring professionals who do not waste my time, are competent, and are always personable. They spend a lot of time teaching and explaining what they are doing and prescribing - and why. I have the sense that they truly care about their clients. For this visit they went above and beyond to get me in.
My experience was less than satisfactory. Dr. Wilharm installed an implant 2-3 years ago which cost more than $5000. During my exam I was advised that the implant was loose and that it would only cost $225 to correct. It seems to me that I shouldn't have problems so soon after spending such a large sum of money and that at the very least,the problem should be corrected at no charge to me.
Everyone was very friendly.

A great experience from the moment I walked in the door. We had just moved here, and I was having trouble with a cap. Dr. Harrington and Staff did a excellent job, and my wife will use him as well.
