AZ Dental has by far been the most caring and hardworking dental clinic I'd ever been to. My treatment plan was drafted in a short time, my insurance promptly approved it, and treatment began the next day. All of the efforts of this dental clinic are noteworthy They know their craft and really make a difference for this former Marine's smile.

Staff and dentist were extremely polite and made me and my sister feel very comfortable.
I bought this living social deal for my husband & myself. I scheduled our appointments for 5:30; when I made the appointments the receptionist was very certain we would both be seen at 5:30. I was called at 5:45 (no big deal to be 15 min late). I thought my husband would be called just a couple minutes later. When my appointment was over at 6:45, my husband was still waiting to be seen!!! He was finally seen at 6:55, a full hour and 25 minutes past our scheduled appointment!!!
When I asked the receptionist why he had to wait till 6:55, she blamed us. She said she had been calling us since last week to confirm. But we didn't call back till Saturday (our appointment was on a Wed). She said since we didn't call back soon enough, they overbooked our appointment time.
Two things are wrong with that:
1) the ONLY time she called was the Friday before. We called back on Saturday (our phone records prove that). So, she either called a wrong number. Or, she is lying.
2) Since they scheduled over our appointment, the professional thing to do would have been to inform us about it when we arrived. Instead, my husband was made to sit and wait without an explanation.
We will not go back! Worst appointment management I've ever experienced!
It was the best dental experience I have ever had. The staff, dentists and workers alike had a genuine concern for my particular circumtances. I was very impressed and would recommend them to anyone I know looking for a dentist. The staff is well trained and very compasionate. Thanks again for heping me.
Great and friendly staff, they're really easygoing and nice to talk too. Immediately recommend this place if you're scared of going to the dentist and you haven't been in a while.
As much as I do not like going to doctors, I had a surprisingly good experience. The stuff was super nice, cheerful and helpful. I had my four wisdom teeth extracted. The procedure was completed in about 30 minutes; two girls assisted the surgeon. I liked the attention and care I received. The office is very clean and modern. Great job, will absolutely go there again.
I felt extremely relaxed during my entire first visit. No, question went without an answer. Everything was explained clearly to me.
