I had no problems during my appointment. I did not have to wait. The staff was concerned and answered my questions. The dental hygenist was very good and thorough. I was examined by the Dr. Jones and he did recommend several procedures. I was given a detailed cost of the procedures, which is very helpful so that when I get these procedures done, I won't be surprised by the costs. I've been going to Dr. Jones for over 20 years and have never had a complaint about his office, his work, or his staff.
I had a crown come off, fortunately the crown and tooth were both undamaged. Dr. Jones got me in ASAP and re-cemented the tooth. Great work from swell people.

Had a root canal and didn't feel a thing other than pressure, before or after.....jaw a little sore from having my mouth open but otherwise pain free. Great job Dr. Jones!
