Airdrie Springs Dental

I considers Airdrie Springs Dental as a gift -wrapped in a beautiful experience everytime I go for my appointment (June 9 was the second one). I am taken in on time and everyone is so pleasant- from the info desk to the hygienist AND the doctor! The procedures are well explained and I receive very stisfactory answers to my questions - which gives me an assurance that I am very well taken care of. Airdrie Springs Dental is a blessing indeed to immigrants like me.

The dental assistant Carly was extra helpful in working on some unique problems involving my veneers.

I had my first experience with a hygienist in a very long time. I had a few concerns I addressed with her. She was gentle and talked about each step she did. If I had a question she stopped to explain the procedure. I had an excellent experience.

Great the people are friendly please with the cleaning overall very pleased with our new dental office.

The staff are really friendly and the dentists are skilled and knowledgeable. I appreciate that they always do their best to accommodate your schedule and their hours of operation allow you to book appointments that do not constantly interfere with work and school. The only thing that has happened recently that I wasn't happy about was that when I was asked to update my records, the form asked for my Social Insurance Number and Drivers License Number. There is absolutely no reason to ask clients for that information and I did not provide it. I know that many people would be concerned that they were being asked for that information by their dentist office and I would recommend removing that from your patient information form. Just a suggestion. Otherwise, great dental office!
