The Hygienist I have had the past 2 times and both are different were very gentle while cleaning my teeth. Nice to not go home with a sore jaw after a basic cleaning.

Friendly, caring and very understanding. So happy that this is MY dentist!

My tooth needed to be pulled and i had an appointment within 24 hours, thanks.

Everything was better than I expected. The Dentist was very nice, told me everything he was doing. I expected pain with the freezing and the cavity fill but there was nothing. I found everyone most helpful even the office staff. Thank you so much for making my experience an enjoyable one.

I had an emergency appointment late on a Saturday and the service was excellent. The fact that they are open saturdays is a great service in its self but staying late on a saturday was much appreciated it was a front cap that had come off and I had a function to go to and I did not want to go toothless!

The extended evening hours make it easier for my schedule. The staff was friendly and polite. Any concerns I made were discussed with me effectively and in terms I understood. Great place to come if the dentist is a place your scared of.

Not an enjoyable experience. Got a filling in front tooth and blue solution was dropped on my face and had a small burn. I called to notify dentist office and receptionist apologized. It would have been nice if a practitioner, office owner called to apologize. Doubt we will be back.

My dental technician whose name I forget was great. I don't like having people's fingers and tools in my mouth at all but she's very down to business and empathetic. She could tell when I was a little uncomfortable and would suggest a drink of water of a wee break. I didn't take her up on these offers because I wanted it over with but it was nice to know she could read me. It made me more at ease. The front desk staff are friendly and have a sense of humour, which is nice as I detest snooty receptionists. I haven't had much contact with a dentist yet but so far so good.
