As always, my experience was a good one.
I'm a new patient of Dr Son's and was impressed as soon as I opened the doors to the clinic. I was marginally disappointed that I didn't have more time to spend in the beautiful waiting room, but in both times I have visited, I was not made to wait more than 30 seconds.
Dr Son and his staff are professional, courteous, patient, gentle and understanding. Chelsea, the receptionist knows the insurance system inside-out, and Sheila the hygienist was effective, but gentle. The assistant who helped Dr Son with x-rays was also very professional, friendly and put me at ease.
Dr Son's equipment is up-to-date. I was impressed with the digital camera which they used to take a picture of every single tooth. Dr Son then patiently examined every photo, and discussed each tooth's situation with me. Being able to see your own teeth up close with Dr. Son's explanations makes you appreciate each tooth, and somehow feel more accountable. It definitely gives you an incentive to floss! Dr Son took the time to explain, answered all my questions thoroughly and I never once felt rushed.
You can tell this clinic takes quality of service seriously and I will definitely recommend my friends to go. They also sent me a handwritten welcome card in the mail, and my husband a thank-you card with a $10 gift certificate attached for referring me. Very nice touch indeed!
After not visiting a dentist in 5 years, due to anxiety over the experiences I have had, I was so extremely pleased with my experience with your office. Everyone from Chelsea, to Lisa to Dr.Son were incredibly friendly, professional and kind.
