Michele and Dr. Pil were Excellent as usual, however, I was not impressed with the new receptionist as there were very clear misunderstandings between both of us where she did not try to solve the issue, but rather dealt with it in a very unconvincing manner. The issue was with the bill and the submission to the insurance. When she knew I had a concern, the first thing came to her mind that I would not want to book an appointment for next time and she asked me if I still want to book an appointment for next time which I found to be rather insulting, especially that before she asked me that, I had already made it clear to her that I was a very old client of your client and have been a customer for many years.
I did not like the way she dealt with the issue eventhough I could have been the wrong one. She should have dealt with it differently. I am not a difficult person to deal with, but all I am asking is a different more mature and convincing approach on part of the receptionist.
Again, this will not stop me from coming back.
Please note that my rating is based on the services I received from Michele and Dr. Pil and not on my experience with the front of the house (receptionist).

Over all a good experience, friendly staff and everything started on time and finished on time (which is very important to me). Professional environment and convieneint location.
Mouth x rays were uncomfortable, it would be nice if a different plastic coating was used so there wasn't that corner poking out.
