Great experience, as usual! I was particularly impressed with how great both Dr. Carroll and Chelsea were with my 4 year old. It was his first cleaning and not a single tear and he keeps asking when we can go back!!!
All the staff were professional and friendly. The dental hygienist was excellent; informative, thorough and GENTLE.
My 5 year old has special needs (SPD) and was terrified because he has been spooked by visiting the dentist before. Everyone was patient, kind, and supportive, explained everything to him so he could feel safe, and we had our first real visit to the dentist. I'm thrilled, and he feels so proud of himself, and can't wait to go back. I'm so thankful to the staff, our hygienist, and our dentist for making this work for us.
Excellent experience. I used to have horrible anxiety about going to the dentist, but since I've been going to Dr. Carroll, I don't mind it at all.

The entire staff was very patient with my 4 year old. He had a cavity filled and it was a very positive experience for everyone. I was nervous that this appointment would make our 4 year old scared of dentists and future appointments (with having to get a shot to numb the area), but he does not seem scared, and I think he will allow us to bring him back! The only complaint we have is: At his initial appointment, we were told our son has between 3 to 5 cavities. So we scheduled this appointment to get them filled. When we showed up today, we were told only 1 cavity would be getting filled today. I completely understood this reasoning because they said to fill them all in one day would be a 2 to 3 hour long appointment, and this would be too overwhelming for a 4 year old. This was fine once they explained this, but I feel like it was not communicated. Also, there has been no communication for any future appointments as to whether or not the remaining cavities need filled. So the treatment plan could have been explained better, I now have to investigate this on my own when I feel like they should take the initiative to explain this. But the experience for our 4 year old was very positive.
