I chipped my crown and called to be seen right away. Despite the short staff of doctors, they squeezed me in and made a new crown in less than 2 hours. This is why I love this staff. I have been going to this clinic for over 10 years and have never been disappointed. They bend over backwards to accommodate you. The staff is awesome and so friendly! I love you guys! Dr. Amini is passionate about teeth--and I always feel that he cares immensely about mine! Guys--you rock!
State of the Art office and latest technology. I was very pleased with the quality of the their work. Also, considering it's located in the heart of the financial district and has the latest technology, out of pocket costs were fairly reasonable with insurance. But that may very depending on one's insurance.
The only issue I had was I was quoted one price over the telephone, and given a print out of that same price at my previous visit, but when I came in to have the work done and after sitting down in the chair and after being administered local anesthesia, I was told the price would be higher if I wanted a different quality crown, which I had reasonably believed was included in the previous quote. Luckily the rest of my visit turned out great notwithstanding this issue. I would just recommend that one is sure before one sits down in the chair one knows what one is getting for the price one was quoted at. Other than that unexpected price increase, I felt good about my experience. Again, I'm very satisfied with the quality of the work I had done.

As there are different options with crowns, the one you rightfully chose, an all porcelain non metallic crown, is considered an "option" with your dental benefit plan and it had a small increase in copayment. Unfortunately dental plans continue offering the most basic treatment options as main benefit such as Metal crowns and metal (mercury) fillings. As technology offers better, faster, and more esthetic options for patients, the dental plans do not keep up with this by offering better coverage. We share the same frustration for lack of a better coverage even though they continue increasing premiums to the members. CitiDent Management

glad you asked for my review. i waited 20 minutes to be seen for less than 10 minutes. She raked my gums and then recommended procedures that I'm not sure I need. I'll get a second opinion, but i doubt I'll be back.
