New York Hair

I was happy with the service that I received from Amanda. However, I did feel that $300 was a bit excessive. I was told it was because she needed to use an extra ounce of the keratin treament. However, I noticed that there was extra left in the bowl when she was done so I feel that I was charged for product that was not used which I do not feel was fair. She assumed that she would need the extra ounce right at the beginning, but had she waited it may have saved me the extra $50. That is my only complaint. I just didnt feel that was right.

When I got home my wife asked me how I liked my $10.00 hair cut. I told her they charged $20.00. She was told when making the appointment she was told the charge would be $10.00 because the hair stylist I usually use was no longer there.

I had a wonderful experience with Stephanie. She is professional, pleasant, and gives a great hair cut and color. Thank you. Joan

Stephanie has been doing my hair for a couple of years now & I just love her! The entire team at New York Hair Venice is a lot of fun, very polite & it really makes for an enjoyable experience all around :)
