As allways my experience was extremely professional but also friendly, employees attentive, interested and happy to see me. Even though I have not had a facial in perhaps two years because of budget constraints; the individual employee that did it knew my name ,said hello and encouraged me to come in.I probably will even though it would be a splurge, because of that.I do not see employees standing around having their private conversations and ignoring the customer.Sad to say but there is a lot of that today.Keep up the standards.
