Melle at Urban Lift is the best! I usually come in with no idea of what I want to do and she has great suggestions. I always leave feeling completely satisfied. The whole experience visiting the salon is great. It's like I'm at my friend's house when I'm there.

This review may be biased- because I know John outside of his Urban Lift, but he truly is the best. He has had the most accurate understanding of what I've always wanted when I explain it in the most non-industry way, which is all I can ask for. Always has great advice and if you don't laugh during your visit, you don't have a sense of humor. A great experience every time.
