Exam was good, better be for the cost. Not happy or satisfied with the way the insurance clam was submitted for my Type 1 Diabetic, 9 year old daughter. I have yet called and raised a stink with the insurance company, but they will hear from me!

We are sorry that you were displeased by our office but we had to verify your medical insurance because it was not provided prior to the exam. As for the insurance your daughter is diabetic and therefor the exam is medical. We are obligated to file that accordingly. This will always be the case when there is a medical concern like diabetes.
