Salon Envy

I was not happy about my service to be completely honest. My hair is fried from the lightener (I sat waayyy too long with it on since she was busy with a new client and the shampoo tech was busy as well with another client) and my stylist was not interested in me as a client but rather her fellow stylists and their clients. She wasn't very helpful in giving advice about what I wanted in a color/cut, and kept saying "Last time you were here..." but this was my first time I had ever been there. I also was disappointed with her when she gave me a towel to clean-out my own ears from the red toner, but I had to mirror to see what I was doing! Finally, I had said when it came to the cut to clean up my ends and give me face framing features since I was growing-out my hair; but instead she just trimmed the back and said she would finish the front when it was dry, but she just picked-up a few pieces and texturized instead once dry rather than what I had asked. I actually walked-out crying from my service because I was not happy at all.

They were great! Love my haircut. There was a mixup in my appointment that was my fault and they got me in with no hassle

I went to salon envy to get a brazillian wax. I cant remember the lady name but she was VERY thorough... i really appreciated that. I was in and out in 30 mins.... i will definatley be back... Thanks Ladies
