I have been going to Salon Cuvee since 2005. Yesterdays visit was the first time that I can say that I did not like my service. I was paired with a stylist that I had never met before (because the one I wanted was not avail). The stylist did not cut my hair the way I wanted, she didnt show me my hair in the mirror before styling it so I could ask for adjustments, while styling she constantly pulled my hair and was rough, she made no attempt at small talk and she did not style my hair the way I asked.
I switched to Salon Cuvee three months ago after spending 20 years with my former hair stylist. I have been uniformly impressed with all of your staff, your facilities, your service and your value. I am really impressed and very pleased. Your devotion to customer service is really evident. Plus, everyone is very, very nice.
