in all my years of seeing a dentist, this is the 1st time that i felt like I was with a family so to speak ! it was a VERY comfortable experience & very thorough exam. Great! The young dude that assists, he needs a raise. I appreciate the tv option but I'm not into it. He realized that and was really personable. Knows how to make customers comfortable outside of offering tv. Cory was really informative and isisted that I see what she was working in on. However, my referral, Veronica Doering, didn't receive her movie tickets that the guy at the desk said would happen.
The staff is very knowledgable and patient, explaining every part of the service and areas where I can improve. I feel like they took their time to make sure I understood what areas of my oral health needed improvement and what I needed to do to get there.
