The service was performed in a timely manner, but I do not understand the pricing. A part that cost 59.99 cost me $390 in labor and there was a supply charge for 29.99 that I was not aware of. The car was fixed in less than two hours, but I guess at nearly $200 per hour (labor), it should have been. I think the pricing needs to change. The other concern is that my other car needed a new starter and they told me it would cost $600 for them to fix it. I left and went to another shop where the labor charge was $60. The car is up and running. I THINK THEY NEED TO REVIEW THEIR PRICING. I used to recommend their service to family and friends, but when I told family how much they quoted me to fix the van and car, they told me from now on to go elsewhere because we are getting ripped off.
