I arrived about 15 min. early and they were able to take me in. The initial exam was done by an assistant. She was very prompt and professional. Afterwards I met with the doctor, about 10 min. He has a great bedside manner about him and make you feel comfortable. He really knows his stuff. It's nice that this place is only a couple of blocks from my house, but even if I move away, I see myself still continuing to come here.

Just had an appt. here on Saturday and the service sucks. Not sure if the front desk people hate having to work on Saturdays or if they just had something up their A**. The first thing this girl does is look me up and down and says whats your name? she didn't even say hello! can you say rude!?!
they lady that did those pre-tests before seeing the doctor was even more rude! she didn't even tell me what these tests were about! i guess she assumed i knew what was going on when i didn't.
the doctor was the best part of the visit. he was very nice and i felt comfortable and he is the only reason that the rating is not a 1 or less.
If you are not Armenian don't go here, you will not get good service.

From the moment I stepped in until the moment I left, the staff were extremely helpful and attentive. Huge selection of frames to choose from. The place was very clean and their equipment seemed very modern. I highly recommend Brand Optometry.
