I had a new hygenist. Wasn't very happy with her. I bled a lot, she was a bit rough and my gums were still sore the next day.
There was a power outtage the day my appointment was supposed to be scheduled for, but the staff called and made rescheduling to the next day a breeze. Also, Hannah was bright and friendly! I look forward to the next visit.
The experience was as pleasant as might be expected if one must have a tooth extracted. This tooth, and the one formerly next to it, were fractured internally as the result of a fall backward last year. Now we have to look into implants.
Excellent service
The service is excellent and the staff is very friendly and competent. Durig the last five years I have been with the Centre I have no complaints.
